Arie Kotler
Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer
Arie Kotler has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ARKO Corp. since the closing of the merger transaction with Haymaker Acquisition Corp. II on December 22, 2020 (the “Business Combination”) in which GPM became a wholly owned subsidiary, and as President since January 15, 2021. Mr. Kotler also serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of GPM, roles he has held since September 2011 and April 2015, respectively. From November 2005 through December 2020, Mr. Kotler served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arko Holdings, Ltd, which was a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and GPM’s controlling owner until the Business Combination when it merged with Haymaker Acquisition Corp. II to form ARKO Corp. Through November 2005, Mr. Kotler served as the Chairman of GPM after forming GPM and initiating and managing the acquisition of fas mart and shore stop in 2003. From 2011 to 2014, Mr. Kotler served as a director and, from 2012 to 2014, he served as Chairman of Malrag 2011 Engineering and Construction Ltd., formerly a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Since 2011, Mr. Kotler has served as Chairman of Ligad Investments & Building Ltd., a corporation which was publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange until it was taken private in January 2013, and which is currently 50% owned by the Company.
Maury Bricks
General Counsel and Secretary
Maury Bricks serves as the General Counsel and Secretary of ARKO Corp. since the closing of the merger transaction with Haymaker Acquisition Corp. II on December 22, 2020. Mr. Bricks has served as General Counsel and Secretary of GPM since January 2013. Prior to joining GPM, from 2005 to 2013, Mr. Bricks was an attorney with Greenberg Traurig, LLP, an international law firm. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Mr. Bricks worked in finance for the pipeline and retail natural gas divisions of Shell Oil Company.
Efrat Hybloom-Klein
Executive Vice President, Office of the Chairman and CEO
Ms. Hybloom-Klein was appointed as ARKO Corp.’s Executive Vice President, Office of the Chairman and CEO in January 2022. Since November 2006 Ms. Hybloom-Klein has served as Chief Financial Officer of Arko Holdings Ltd. (formerly a publicly traded company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), which following the closing of the merger transaction with Haymaker Acquisition Corp. II on December 22 2020 became our wholly owned subsidiary. Prior to that Ms. Hybloom-Klein worked for 10 years at Deloitte Israel as a Senior Audit Manager. Ms. Hybloom-Klein has 25 years of extensive financial and management experience with various leading public companies both in Israel and in the U.S. and has been involved in many M&A transactions in different fields as well as raising capital and debt. Ms. Hybloom-Klein has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and an MBA in Finance, both from Tel-Aviv University, Israel, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Irit Aviram
Executive Vice President, Office of the Chairman and CEO
Ms. Aviram was appointed Executive Vice President, Office of the Chairman and CEO of ARKO Corp. in January 2022. Since October 2015 and also from June 2006 to September 2009 Ms. Aviram has served as VP and General Counsel and Secretary of Arko Holdings Ltd., which since the closing of the merger transaction with Haymaker Acquisition Corp. II on December 22, 2020 became our wholly owned subsidiary. Ms. Aviram has over 25 years of experience in serving as an attorney and general counsel to leading Israeli public companies, which included some of the largest public holding and real estate companies in Israel and was a partner in a leading Israeli corporate and securities law firm. Over the years Ms. Aviram has been involved as general counsel in many M&A transactions in various fields. Ms. Aviram graduated in 1993 from Tel-Aviv University with a bachelor degree in both law and economics and in 2011 graduated the Executive MBA program from Tel Aviv University.
Eyal Nuchamovitz
Executive Vice President, Business Development and M&A.
Mr. Nuchamovitz was appointed as ARKO Corp.’s Executive Vice President, Business Development and M&A in January 2022. Mr. Nuchamovitz has served as Executive Vice President of GPM Investments, LLC since January 2012 and has served on the Board of Managers of GPM Investments, LLC since July 2012. Prior to joining GPM Investments, LLC, Mr. Nuchamovitz served as Chief Executive Officer of Arkos USA LLC, an affiliate of Arko Holdings, Ltd., from May 2010 to August 2014, and as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tarragon Corporation from November 2008 until April 2010. Mr. Nuchamovitz has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and a Masters in Legal Studies for Graduates in Economics and Accounting. Mr. Nuchamovitz’s financial background and experience in M&A, strategic planning, and growing enterprise value provide important expertise to our Company.
Galagher Jeff
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Galagher Jeff joined ARKO Corp. in December 2025, following a distinguished career as a Fortune 200 Chief Financial Officer and Finance and Strategy Executive. Before joining ARKO, Mr. Jeff served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Murphy USA, Inc.. Prior to that, he spent nearly fifteen years in senior finance roles with leading retailers, including Senior Vice President of FP&A, Treasurer, and Chief Transformation Officer at Dollar Tree Stores, Inc., Senior Vice President of Finance and Head of Strategy at Advance Auto Parts, Inc. and multiple Finance, Strategy, and Merchandising leadership roles at Walmart Stores, Inc. Galagher also spent a decade-long career in finance and strategy consulting across several organizations, including KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young, LLP. Mr. Jeff has a distinguished academic background, with a Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University, a Master of Science in Engineering from McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University, and a Master in in Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
