Pay Versus Performance

The following table shows the total compensation for our NEOs as set forth in the Summary Compensation Table, the Compensation Actually Paid (as defined below) to our CEO and, on an average basis, our other NEOs for the years ended December 31, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2020.
